Turn left on Fluegertown Road and go 1.5 miles past the Long Pond Trailhead. (Aprox 2.5 from main road).
There are a couple of pullouts on the right with fire rings. I found a spot right on the creek, off the road about 100 feet. There are some old sites that are posted no camping from overuse.
Bring a portable toilet system or a trowel and be sure to use away from the water and camp area. Some of the most technical fly fishing I’ve ever done. But there are some really nice little holes up and down the creek.
Pack out more than you take in. It was pretty clean but found a lot of small plastic MOOP.
Not sure if it is patrolled. Only one other camp set up by the bridge about a half mile down.

Came here for the second time this year, started this road trip where we left the last one. One of my favourite wild camping spots so far in four years of iOverlander. Camped in the first spot on the right last time but the one a bit further on the left is great too.
Report Check-InBeautiful area! About 10 sites along road next to or near creek. Fills up on holiday weekends. Pulled off road into flatter area and made due when all other sites taken. Very quiet at night. End of area us private property hunting area with no turn around area for larger vehicles.
Report Check-InGreat quiet spot by the creek. Only one car passed throughout the night. Our dogs loved it
Report Check-InCouldn’t find the fire rings and cleared spots mentioned, although I arrived after dark. Slept in my CRV in a gravel pullout. One car passed during the night, but no one bothered us. The sound of the creek is lovely.
Report Check-InNice spot. A few spots for small campers. Several walk-in tent spots. Quiet, beautiful creek and good hiking.
