If you drive from Rawanduz towards Akoyan and after approx. 5 km turn right onto Regay Faqiyan Road and then after about 150m turn left on the dirt road, you will come to the place after about 5 minutes. It is very quiet and clean here.

I was stopped at 3km from the location by the Kurdish military, who told me that this area is forbidden so I couldn't camp there.
