Bumpy and gravelly road, landed at a nice spot with view. Minimal road noise from way below. Fire pit and tons of wood. Probably good for class C and under.
FS 290 also had a few spots back in the trees. Great T-mobile service. Not so great Verizon service (1-2 bars).

Good campsite with a view, a little close to the main road but otherwise a great spot.
T-Mobile gets multiple bars of service
Report Check-InStayed for a night between trips from Zion to Bryce Canyon. Great secluded spot with good star gazing. Bumpy road, made it with 2WD but wouldn’t recommend when it’s super muddy. Did have a few Can-ams drive by on all the backroads a couple times after 10pm. Tons of firewood lying around. No ATT or Verizon bars.
Report Check-InRoad is rocky and rutted. We were in a jeep, however a Subaru would have no issue. Campsite has large pines that offer shade. Fire ring. Great views of red Rock. Had pronghorn cross through in the mornings. Site faces east- wake up to sunshine! Close to Cedar Breaks Natalie Monument, Mammoth Cave and Cascade Falls. Some ATV's drove past, but evenings and mornings were quiet.
Report Check-InCame up with a 2wd promaster. Took some time getting to this spot due to the rocky road. Very nice spot right off the rocky road. There were fire pits but fires are prohibited. You are surrounded by trees and there are signs of a fire in the area at some point in the past. Saw a couple deer. Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Zero cell service AT&T First Net.
Report Check-InStayed here for 2 nights on the way to Bryce Canyon. Easy to get to, quiet and peaceful. Fire pit with tons of dead wood lying around and trees for shade. Decent T-Mobile service and not so good Verizon service. The road to the site is fine for any vehicle, however you can’t really fit anything larger than a van (maybe a Class C) through the trees to park it at the site when you pull off the road. Great spot!
