A peaceful, free camp spot next to the Nicola River.
In October 2020 there was one main fire-pit and campsite, with no picnic table and no outhouse.
At least one additional fire-pit and camping area is accessible via a slightly rougher, short access road nearby.
Two short, dirt roads provide access from Highway 8.
The highway is visible and traffic is audible.
Plenty of room for a big rig at the main campsite.
A few Pine trees provide some shade.

Great spot close the the highway.
The sound from the river overpowers any of the road noise except maybe the large trucks. We stayed one night at the spot a little further down the dirt road. There were a few trees for shelter from the wind but still fairly open and exposed to the wind.
