place away from main road, if you have tent - no one will see you. leveled place deeper in the quarry. no cell signal (although I'm getting just a tad of Bait network, but no telcel for sure)
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
this road looked too steep for us. also may have low trees to block our high camper. we did not attempt.
Report Check-Inwe had a very offputting experience here. at about 10pm 4 men surrounded the van and demand I get out because they were making sure I was not a "bad guy". they started the conversation with 'we dont have guns' but get out of the car. I couldnt tell if they were trying to rob me or what. I obviously stayed in the car and they eventually left. we took off soon after realizing they could come back.
on our way down the hill, a truck started agressively following us. once we got close to highway they abruptly stopped and turned off their lights.
0/10 would not recommend.
