There's a pullout off of Hwy 153 about 7 miles east of Beaver with space for several vehicles set back from the road right next to the creek. I love camping next to the sound of a creek with lots of waterfall action. There's a fire ring, flat areas for tents, trees for hammocks, and plenty of beaver sign (knawed on trees). I enjoyed my one night stay here at this spot I scouted on on Google Earth in advance during my motorcycle trip.
The road is visible from the campsite, but traffic was very minimal after dark.
No verizon cell service at this spot, but there was service just a couple miles down the hill toward Beaver.

Highly recommend this spot !! The river rapids are beyond peaceful !
My Sprinter 170 fit perfect !! I think another car or two behind it would fit ok.
Report Check-InThis was perfect! Yes it is right off the road but the creek is beautiful and the sound of it masked all the road noise for us. It was dark at night, stars looked amazing. There were not many cars that drove through here at night.
Coffee by the creek was amazing in the morning.
Next time we are in the area we will absolutely stay here more nights. Highly recommend.
Report Check-InThis is a great overnight spot. It is close to the road but from 8pm to 8am we only had 1 car and 2 horse trailers go by on a Sat night. The creek drowns out the noise. we picked up some trash (come on people!) but it is a beautiful spot and would recommend. It is flat too with a fire ring.
Report Check-InThis is mostly a wide spot off the shoulder. There are many others as well. It’s USFS land, so many places to pull off.
Nearby are the Little Cottonwood and Mahogany Cove USFS campgrounds. In mid-July, the first one was 2/3 empty and the second one was completely empty. With senior / interagency pass, $8.50 per night.
Report Check-InExactly as described. Zero Verizon, excellent spot with loud cold creek/river. As close to perfect as any traveler could ask for a simple nights stay. Magical morning on a sunny day, so we stayed a full day and two nights. A couple nice spots for a tent with any larger vehicle. Only took 1 lrg rock to level our truck camper.
Report Check-InGreat little spot beside a creek. Pulled in late to camp one night. You do hear traffic from road but it’s not real busy and after 11pm it was quite.
Report Check-InWe drove in at night and it was easy to find. The creek was very loud and moving quickly so I made sure to keep my dog away from it. No bugs. A great camp spot for one night!
