Description

No "no parking" signs of any kind. Just down the hill in the State Beach Park there are public washrooms. Gorgeous views and sunsets.

It is busy and in a neighborhood but if you are discrete you won't have any problems.

Looking to boondocks in the crystal cove state park area for one night.

Pulled in after dark. Second stay here. Listening to waves. Slept well enough. No issues. I have a converted Minivan. Sign’s don’t prohibit. Late night Dog walkers and other pass frequently but quietly.

Spent 2 nights here without any hassle. You will get a lot of looks and stares from harmless passerby’s that are just curious. There’s some traffic, loud cars bumping music throughout the night, but all worth it to wake up to the beautiful view. You can also hear the waves crashing. Saw a few other vans parked here overnight.

Incredible views, plenty of parking, cute little park with drinking fountain!

Try to park with our RV at 6pm. One hour later, un cop knock the door and ask us to leave the place. I think this spot is too famous now and residents are tired to have vans and rv in front of their garden 🥲.
its a shame because the view is amazing...

As described. No one bothered us during our stay, easy access to beach toilets down the hill, morning noise from walkers/joggers.

Great place to stay for stealth vehicles! Not so much RVs. I have a huge van though so I try not to stay twice in a row because it’s a really nice neighborhood and I could see people complaining. As long as this spot remains under the radar, it’s a gorgeous view to wake up to, relatively quiet though sometimes there’s noise from late night beach activities, and there’s running water toilets 24/7 when you take the stairs down to the beach!

Stayed here one night. No issues. Beautiful sunset. A little noisy. Early walkers and joggers. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful location. Parked on the rounded corner. No immediate beach access but it’s around the corner. No one bothered, quiet all night. Signs didn’t mention anything against parking overnight. Woke up to many dog walkers and people exercising. Will absolutely be there again in the future.

The whole Ocean Blvd. area here is so beautiful. You can park anywhere here. Some are ocean views, some partial ocean view . So beautiful. Quiet & safe. Stayed 2 nights here. I didn’t even lock my door of my truck.

Stayed here for one night with no issues. Quite a few people around until very late at night, pretty loud and rowdy. Nobody bothered us though

Awesome spot to park and overlook the ocean from above. Short walk down to the sand. The ground is very level on most areas and ocean street goes pretty far for free overnight parking. Stayed in my skoolie and was not bothered at all

No Oversized Vehicles

You will get a $47 ticket for parking here in anything "oversized".
Myself and 2 others received tickets at 9am for needing "permits", but it was due to size.

Good spots for a van/RV all along this stretch of road! Also if you go inland a few blocks there are a couple of flat dead end streets that are quieter

Stayed here overnight in the back of my truck. There are no “no parking signs”. Quite a few people walking around for sunset and in the morning for a quick jog but it’s pretty chill. That being said it’s a little loud but I’m a heavy sleeper. There’s showers down at the park and a place to fill up your water bottles.
