Parking overnight is $45 plus tax. Just parking, no facilities. Public bathrooms up in ski resort. Can park for free in large flat turnout just before taos ski sign.

Report Check-In

My first time ever in TSV. Yes prices are steep but it is very convenient to have camping at a world class ski resort. despite what others have said, there are level spots, it's a short walk or shuttle to the lifts and there is trash and bathrooms. I'm sure if you're used to free camping it's a bummer to pay but it's also sweet that Taos still allows camping at all! keep it clean 👌

Great spot - last weekend of ski season. $40/night for weekend night during 2023 ski season.

Spots are wide enough to fit two cars/vans/class Bs or Cs - easy enough to make a friend in the lot and split the fee.

This was closed for season, so we pulled in at trailhead for Williams Lake as we climbedWheeler peak the following morning.

Camped at trailhead for Williams Lake as this parking lot camping was closed.

Just wanted to add that Taos now charges you the 28$ a night overnight fee even if you are not using one of the reserved spots and are in a lot that doesn't have signs prohibiting overnight parking. Don't know when they changed their policy but they are no longer friendly to staying overnight in their lots like they used to be. We didn't see any signs saying the fee applied to all their lots so just wanted to give the heads up to others.

Taos now charges you the overnight fee of $28 even if you are not in one of the reserved spots. We parked in a lot that had no "no overnight parking" signs and there were no signs stating that you still had to pay the fee if you weren't using a reserved spot. Real bummer, don't know when they changed their policy.

Report Check-In

Sweet little RV parking lot. 8 minute walk to lift. Pay/reserve spot online for $28. Spots large enough to accommodate two vans. Pottys and trash available. Town is pretty baren when it comes to supplies/gas/grocery so load up in advance my doods

good Verizon signal
not in the woods, but can't beat the price

Report Check-In

Free self-contained camping in the parking lot. Not ideal but it’s quick, free and almost level.
