Free and first come first serve spots. Established campground with 6 tent sites and 5 pull through trailer sites. No water but does have a vault toilet. Nice concrete pads with picnic tables and roofs to keep the sun off. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets over the Guadeloupe mountains with the Carlsbad Caverns visitor center off in the distance. Each tent site has fire pits and everywhere has a charcoal grill. Not a lot of firewood in the area though. 100% worth the stop.

Nice spot in between the 2 national parks. Very easy gravel road getting in. The official spots were full (only 5-6 official spots for RVs), so we pulled along the edge both Thursday and Friday. Quiet neighbors. Clean vault toilet. Nice sunset view!
Report Check-InNo real markers to say where this place is. At first I was concerned it was a ranchers land. But this little gem is worth the stop. But once you drive down the dirt road a little bit, there is a clearly fenced area for this gem of a campground. Loved it here.
