Awesome pull out just before the Y to hawk canyon or Goat Trail (Buttes Pass) - this is great for rigs that can’t handle the softer sand down the hill to hawk canyon or the steeper road up to buttes pass. Very little traffic. Wonderfully quiet. Within hiking distance to slot canyon. Weak cell signal, but with a booster it’s definitely usable

Stopped here because the road ahead looked challenging. Nice spot with great views. Peaceful at night. Even had enough Verizon to stream.
Report Check-InGreat spot! First time truly boondocking and LOVED it. Completely alone on a Saturday night. A few cars passed early evening and morning that’s it. Amazing star gazing!! Sand hard enough for 2wd in most spots.
Report Check-InTried to go into hawk canyon with Subaru towing a teardrop and nearly got stuck(soft sand) so instead up there hill from intersection is a nice turn around with great views and 2 bars LTE. Further up road gets worse with not many places to turn around.
