Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Basic camping. In the morning there was no water, so no showers, also no electricity in the morning, so no WiFi… we almost asked the money back. Wouldn’t go back here.
Report Check-InCame in on a Tuesday without pre-booking. This was not a problem at all. There was only one site taken, all others were empty. Camp sites are located right in-between the rocks. Very private, far distanced from each other. Great for everyone who is seeking for some privacy. Free guided tours available every day (tip-based). Showers and flushing toilets located only at the reception. Plan for a long walk to get there. Restaurant open 9-17h with fair prices. 1p 1car w/ rooftop tent costed 190$ including park entrance fee.
Report Check-Inthere are two campsites, one out of the Park, the other inside. But the outside seems abandonned, and is more a wild camping (no facilities), and you have to pay a fee of 80 ppn to enter the Park.
in the inside campsites, you pay 190 for camping and fees to enter. there are showers very fine with Solar hot water, just around the reception, and a restaurant open from 9.00 to 17.00 only.
the sites to camp, with dry toilets (but without water) are dispatched in the whole Park, sole at four or five kilometres from thé entry.
but you are alone, without any noise and light, like thé first day of the World. So great..
This is NOT the Spitzkoppe Community Rest Camp, but a new additional campsite BEFORE the entrance to the Spitzkoppe Community Rest Camp.
Report Check-InYes this is the same as the restcamp! (Not the same as the tented camp or lodge)
Camping here is amazing! So many beautiful spots (very private and far apart). The guided hikes/walks/climbs are also great! (Between 08:00-17:00). We had campsite 1, but most of them seem beautiful. Not a lot of facilities, but worth it. Wood is available at the reception.
a think it's the same as Spitzkoppe campsite. Huge campsites a different places around the Spitzkoppe. Braai and bush toilet which is clean and not smelly. Beautiful setting. Showers at reception. No streaming water.
Report Check-InBasic campsite facilities but the area is just magic. We went to campsite 3 and did a 10 min hike to the top of the stones behind the campsite for sunset. Definitly one of the best experiences in our namibia trip so far.
Staff is friendly, food at bar is also ok.
