Aucune enseigne n’indique qu’il est interdit de dormir sur place. Mais nous avons préféré demander quand même la permission de dormir dans la stationnement à la préposée à l’information du kiosque. Elle a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de problème. Nous y avons donc passé la nuit. Un peu avant 9 hrs le lendemain matin, une voiture de police arrive. Le policier nous dit bêtement que nous n’avons pas le droit d’être là. Nous lui disons avoir demandé avant et avoir reçu un feu vert de la préposée. Je lui dis : “ Écoutez, lorsqu’on me dit non, je pars. Mais si on me dit oui, je reste. Je respecte ce qu’on me dit !” Le policier ne savait plus quoi dire et est reparti dans sa voiture pour faire son rapport à son supérieur. Puis, il est reparti. Ce qui fait qu’on ne sait toujours pas si c’est permis ou non..,

Place was closed when I arrived, so couldn’t ask permission to stay. No one bothered me. Small lot, I was only one here. Apart from yahoos buzzing around on 4x4s until about 10:30pm, it was peaceful. Some road noise but not too bad. Nice picnic tables and garbage bins, and river is pretty.

Really quite handy. Small parking lot but we were the only ones. Did not ask for permission as the centre was closed but we were not bothered. It is a little noisy in the evening from the traffic, it was very quiet during the night.

We didn't ask for permisson, because we arrived late&left early. Nobody bothered us. Pretty loud traffic. Bathroom at the nearby Tim Hortons.

Very small parking lot, only about 6 car spaces. Our 24 ft truckcamper has the max. length to fit, hanging over the grass area as much as possible. We asked at the Visitor Center and got permission to stay overnight. One condition: to be self-contained. Noisy because of the busy street, specially during daytime.

Visitor center was still closed for the season, so we could camp on the parking lot.
