Great spot! Big flat area with enough room for a TON of rigs. The road goes back further and there’s even more spots. Road is a little wonky if you want to go further back, but the initial spots are awesome so you probably wouldn’t need to. There’s a bunch of room so you’re not on top of anyone. Had 1-2 bars of AT&T and t mobile. Right off the road but pretty quiet. Heard some coyotes at night, and had a couple people bring their horses during the day. Terrific spot, would stay again.

Truly a beautiful spot nested in beautiful mountain scenery. Big juniper trees. No verizon service and there was a winter storm coming. With the wind starting and no way to get accurate weather info, I choked but otherwise I could've seen myself staying there for a few days. BLM land and there is a sign telling you how to be respectful when camping there so definitely a legit camping spot!

Good spot. Trees for shade and sun both. I parked just inside so some road noise but looks like you can go back further. Road going back is rutted so stayed close to road with my minivan.

A very pretty campsite with many spaces available. fire rings, many trees, and the initial sites are relatively level. there are a lot of sites in the back that require high clearance vehicles. it's relatively clean with some minor amount of trash and broken glass. quiet with some small amount of early morning traffic. birds, the air smelled of juniper, and there is some hiking along the forest service road. this is free BLM dispersed camping.

The area marked by the co ordinates was quite full when we arrived so carried on up the road about 200 meters. Road gets a bit tougher but doable slowly in our 22 ft C Class. Lots of space up there and almost had it to ourselves. 2 bars ATT

Really nice place surrounded by mountains in a pass. we stayed a night in a 28ft class c. go slow. roads are very uneven. the spots by the road were taken and crowded so we ventured further up. got up a road and had to back out a tad. then we walked around. found our spot and walked a detailed path to it making mental notes of things to avoid. the back end can drag on some of the steeper bumps. plus you may need to straddle a few deep ruts in the roads. all manageable with a good plan. go slow and look like a pro. for those with 4x4 the road kept going up. i walked it for a bit. it's high clearance only. narrow and bumpy. limited turn arounds. but might be some secret spots up there
