Description
Nothing special, just a highway pulloff with a view of the water.
Was advised to stay here due to the heavy ordinances against van camping in Cannon.
This may be about as close as you can park overnight to Cannon Beach.
Stayed with one other sprinter owner and no issues. Decent amount of road noise.

This pullout is very clearly marked no overnight camping. However, the next two pullouts south from here have no such signs.

We spent the night here, it was super quiet and in the morning the view of the sea is beautiful.
Report Check-InWe arrived late under heavy rain and wind. It was a beautiful surprise to see what it looked like in the morning. Nobody came to bother us.
Report Check-InWe stayed here last night without issues. There are a couple of pull-offs. Saw a couple other vans at some of the other pull-offs when we left as well. Amazing view of the stars at night and an incredible view of the mountains and ocean in the morning.

Report Check-InHighway pull-off with a beautiful vantage point of the Oregon coast. “Day use only sign 6am-10pm” made us a little nervous at first that we would get a knock on the door in the middle of the night but no one bothered us. A few other cars joined in the middle of the night as well. All in all a chill place to stop for a night. I feel bad for the person who thought this spot was “nothing special”.
Report Check-InHas a sign saying “Day Use Only 6am-10pm” but we slept here in the minivan one night anyways, with one other car, no issues. Granted half the shops in Canon Beach were closed until February so it’s possible they’re not patrolling too hard right now.
