Already snowed in. 5-6inches of snow on the ground. No overnight camping signs are now up.
Report Check-InReally pretty spot! We parked at the top of the trail head right next to the water. It was definitely buggy but I mean thats to be expected. A few cars came down the road but it was quiet, we got a good nights sleep. (I was standing in front of water when taking a picture of the van)
Report Check-Ingreat little spot on the reservoir. multiple campsites. drive down Johnson road to get next to the water. spoty reception. free!
Report Check-InEverything as advertised, great spot. Right by a kayak entry to the water which was warm and deep enough to swim/bathe.
4 bars AT&T, 3 bars Verizon. solid for hotspots.
The spot is also by a trailhead 'double bit' which connects with south dunham for an approx. 4 mile hiking loop, including a damn crossing.
Report Check-InGreat spot. We weren't down for the trip out farther, but this stop did just as well. Super quiet and absolutely gorgeous.
One or two cars passed by in the night and then one again in the morning.
