Description

Super quiet spot right on the lake. Easy access for smaller rigs. No big rigs as turn around area is minimal. AMAZING STARS. It also looks to be a boat launch so don’t block that or the private driveway down by the water. Some cell signal LTE.

Private Property. PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I have seen too much of this lately. The entire Manitoulin Island is privately owned. Go to a legit camping site. Most landowners in this area will charge people for trespassing.

A beautiful spot tucked away from the road. If you stay on a night with a full moon, it will illuminate the whole lake and boat launch area. Not much space but we fit with a 22’ Ford Transit Van. It was very peaceful and quiet. The mornings here are magical. We were here off season. Please pack out everything you bring in.

Easy access with any car, very quiet, about 300m from road, loons are common in loon lake, easily two places for small rig or tent. There is a boat launch and small trail to an abandoned out house and a wood dock/old barge. Very nice spot in an area that has few locations marked. Saved our bacon late in a day of travel. Thanks.
