There are a few pull-in spots next to the lake here, each with a picnic table and fire pit. Lovely rolling grassy hills, nice and quiet with good cell phone service. There is also a pit toilet. Signs say there's a camping fee. $15. I believe there are more spots further up the road too (yes a much larger campground).

Quiet site easily accessible from 97C. $15/night. Good cellular signal. Small campground with little/no tree coverage at sites. Check out Lundbom Lake campground 1km further for more sites in the trees.
Report Check-InGreat spot. We took site 5 which was lakefront. No one came to collect (Oct 3)
Report Check-InIt's a beautiful lake and area with 9 sites and well spaced out. The road in is okay with typical washboards, but with a 3000 lb camper, it's a bit slow. The sun setting over the lake and there are endless walks in cattle country.
Report Check-InNice little campground. Bit of snow around still. Good for van or car camping though. One pit toilet. - bring your own toilet paper!
No water on tap here. Good enough cell coverage. Road OK, got in fine in my minivan, just dodge the pot holes.
Lake still frozen over, just. Pit fire and table at each camp.
Free camping in off season after Oct. 10. Good spot near lake. Camping spots are in the open and fairly close together.
Report Check-InBeautiful spot, road a bit rough in spots. Lots more sites up past the first lake. Cell coverage.
Report Check-Inafter the bad experience with Moonshadow RV park in Merrit this place is fantastic! ok the road is horrible, 2 km seemed endless with all the potholes. but the sites are spacious and beautiful view on the lake. we havent seen the ranger yet for collecting the money. hope it will stay so quiet
Report Check-Instill 15$. a guy comes and collects the money.
the road is doable but so rough.
There are a few pull-in spots next to the lake here, each with a picnic table and fire pit. Lovely rolling grassy hills, nice and quiet with good cell phone service. There is also a pit toilet. Signs say there's a camping fee but we didn't see anywhere to pay and nobody came by to bother us. I believe there are more spots further up the road too.
