This is found in the city of Kapuskasing near the train station and across from a Tim Horton's.
We found it by asking an RV place where it was and they pointed us right to it. Easy drive in and out and FREE

Report Check-InThe dump location is right next to the train station, there is no water however even if there is a sign indicating fresh water. The pipe seems to have been sheered off.
