The beach is in the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve being the southern end of a long beach over 15km. Legislation says that in order to enter the beach legally a permit has to be purchased. The fee per person is 5 lei per day or 15 lei per week. The fee per car is 10 lei per day. You can pay online: http://ddbra.abt.ro
