Parking ground for McQueen Slough. This is a flat grassy area that can accommodate cars, camper vans, and maybe some medium rigs. Stayed there for one night. It’s far enough from the main road, so it’s pretty quiet.
No sign prohibiting overnight parking.
Can get a bit muddy if it’s rainy. No amenities.

Little grassy area, nice place if you just need to sleep for a night but not much else. The boardwalk has been taken apart in places, you can walk around the lake but it's very overgrown.
Report Check-InNice little parking close to the town but still in nature. Quiet at night and possible to reach in winter
Report Check-InAs described, literally just a small parking area that could fit a handful of vehicles, but no amenities around. Perfect for an overnighter, and on the laneway in, saw some unreal northern lights, so definitely worth checking the Aurora forecast when you stay
Report Check-InGreat spot for a quiet night but unfortunately the whole place is abandoned. Not much access anymore to see wildlife.
Report Check-InStayed here one night in a 30' class c, very quiet, we were the only ones here. Nice walk on the sloughs trails.
Report Check-InStayed there one night without problems; calm, only one car in the morning. You can find there some shade and mosquitoes (as almost everywhere at this time).
