Zuri Camp | Established Campground

Absolutely wonderful place with super friendly owner! Luxury tents with private pool and WiFi are available, but had been fully booked at the time of our request. For our needs the, as Markus called it, “old” campsite was absolutely perfect. Quiet, private shower and toilet, hot water, additional outdoor shower and a fireplace under a huge tree.
Be careful: You might want to stay much longer than you intentionally planed.
Give Markus a call before you go there, to ask for availability.

We are here the second time. Markus is a lovely host and will take care of your needs in no time. The sundowner in his tents are amazing and we think it is by far the best place in this area !
Highly recommended!

Zuri camp has a great campsite. One of those you mark for future returns. Markus is a great host and takes care to make your time extra special. Have a look at their tented glamping camps as well. They are worth it!

Lovely place! We stayed one night on the campground and two more in one of the tents. We booked via Airbnb. I’m guessing you should book beforehand since there’s only one campsite and you can’t access the property by yourself (the gate is locked). If you want to treat yourselves to some luxury I can recommend the tent for 30€ per night with private pool and outdoor kitchen. The perfect place to relax for a bit. WiFi works very well too!

Absolutely wonderful!
We stayed at the Zuri for 2 nights. Our first night was spent at the Zuri Camp and the second night the Zuri Camp was already booked so the team cleared an area under a tree, set up a braai pit for us.
We went out riding the David, who trains and looks after the horses. He was so kind and helpful.
If you are in the area visit this campsite. It’s amazing.
Camping is 175NAD ppn. They do have 5 glamping style tents, all very private, with everything you could need. Plus a private pool at each tent!
We wish we could have stayed longer!

It´s a very nice campsite with green gras under a huge Marula tree with big braai place. Clean abolution block with hot shower (nice pressure) and a sink behind the building.
The owners Erika & Markus are super friendly hosts and Markus keeps the gras green also during the dry season. The campsite is set on a private farm with real "bushfeeling", during our stay we saw Dikdiks, Kudu and porcupines.

Suri Camp also offers a luxury self catering tent with a nice view over the sourrounding land and a private waterhole just a few meters far. Close to the tent, there is a nice infinity-pool in construction and will be open soon!
We enjoyed our stay very much and we are heartly recommending this camp to everyone who loves nature!
MTC reception is available.
