Great gravel parking lot near downtown. They offer over night parking and day parking. Prices are posted in a pic. Very good LTE on ATT and Google. Little noisy with a train yard near by, but great views with a marina and the lake. Also there is a park attached so there is a place for your pup.

stayed here for one night and only cost $10 for parking! doesn't say anything about no camping or no staying in a vehicle overnight and there was no issues at all! walked around Burlington all night and then just headed back to the van, got right in and shut the lights off! great little spot for a night!!
