Chile
Lovely campsite just up the road to Pumillahue from Punihuil Beach. Spectacular unimpeded views of the sun setting into the Pacific. Pitches largely sheltered from the wind and only 5 in total so nice and 'tranquilo'. Cabanas also available. Very friendly owner who also provides food in the onsite restaurant (although we didn't try it). Piping hot solar heated showers available all day and very clean. A very short walk to a good Mirador and a longer one if you want to get to the non-swimmable beach. We paid 4000 pesos per person for one night in February. Bear in mind that if you're doing the early morning whale watching tours from Punihuil, the wet grass can make leaving at 6.15am tricky in a normal car! Move it to the car park when it's still dry...

This what really good.
Very lovely couple with a restaurant and the campground.
We stayed two nights and had the best relaxed time. There are tables to use.
We made fire in the fireplace outdoors and the owners loved it.
They have the best empanadas and seafood to enjoy with the best views.
Report Check-InGreat view, quite camping, paid 16000 for two in tent. Spectacular views from mirador, dont miss it
Report Check-InGreat location and views, but owners were not there so we couldn’t pay/stay. Bathrooms looked nice
Report Check-Innice small camping. grate views, we saw dolphins.
clean bathroom, hot shower, and wifi.
Pretty campsite, showers and toilets clean. Picnic table and sun shade available. In a little valley so some shelter from wind. Owner Maritza is helpful and friendly
Report Check-InWith a motorhome we stayed on the parking lot with an amazing view on the bay. Price is 8000clp/p, showers are hot. They are also selling good and cheap cheese.
Report Check-InNice quiet campsite with all the basics. Space for both parking and tent camping. Lots of room to spread out. 8000 pesos a person.
Report Check-InIt is still 8000Clp per Person. Place with windprotection. Nice Restaurant
Report Check-InGreat spot. Beautiful views across the bay. We arrived late at night out of season and the owner was very nice and pointed out the facilities (hot showers, hooray). The drive there was a bit scary on the dirt roads. The last 1km particularly was a challenge. We just about managed to make it in a 2WD camper but took a few attempts to get up the final hill. 3G signal. 6000 pesos pp.
Report Check-InBeautiful view, restaurant, hot shower, fast WiFi (in restaurant). Quiet. $6000 P p
Absolutely stunning small campsite. We stayed here with our rooftoptent and a small tent. The owner was very nice. Can be pretty windy and cold, but totally worth it because we saw a lot of whales by sunset. Current price is 6000 pesos per person.
Report Check-InAll already been said, great place, you should not miss it! The owners sell some delicious cheese. We saw two wales quite close during sunset from the mirador.
Report Check-Inwe were alone, restaurant was closed, bathrooms are clean, 5000 pesos pp, beautiful view
Report Check-InAll what was said below is true. Great place to stay! If you park next to the restaurant you can have wifi all evening long! And it work pretty good. Also dont forget to eat the empanadas here. From here it is a 5 minute drive to the pinguinera.
Report Check-InReally really beautiful spot. We opted to park up by the restaurant for the better view, though they offered that we could park down by the bathrooms as well. They do have WiFi now, though it didn’t work very well (and only by the restaurant). No cell service. Really fantastic sunsets. Still 5,000 pesos/person
Best campsite on our trip so far. Not so much because of the facilities which are also as described clean and nice, but because of the amazing view and landscape. Sun, sunset, morning mist - all are magic here.
There are two short walks, each to a mirador and a beach. The left one turned out to be a bit adventurous (steep, muddy and lots of stingy plants) so maybe don’t wander off in shorts and flipflops.
5000 pesos pppn.
Price updated for the season 5000 pp. They have a closed shed with tables and benches to use in case of wind and rain.
Otherwise as mentioned before, beautiful views and friendly owners.
basic camping , but frendly owner and the amazing view on the ocean make everything magic. 3 nights was 13000 pesos ,asked for discount from 15000, for one person one tent one motorbike.
take food and beers with you before to get there....worth it
Best option in this area. Better than the neigbours except when its windy and rainy in that case the neigbours have better shelter.
Basic (snack?) restaurant on site. restaurant open till 8pm.
Verry clean.
12000p for 2 children and 2 adults
Unimpeded stunning views of the coastline with beautiful sunsets. Definitely a good site for the scenery however it was tricky to find a decent spot with a campervan that wasn’t too windy. Felt the campsite was more catered for tents than campervans. Also we didn’t find the staff overly friendly they seemed very eager to take our 8,000 chp (4,000pp) before we had even found a decent spot. Also the taps were all supposed to give drinking water but it tasted a bit dirty and dodgy. When we checked with the owner she said all were fine but then 5mins later brought us a 5l bottle of “drinking water” which was potable. Might have been a case of lost in translation but just a warning to check the water supply is safe to drink.
Report Check-InWe needed shelter from the wind and rain so we decided to pay for camping. Power outlets were not working and showers were far from warm. We were able to sit outside protected from rain and wind but a bit expensive for what you get; 4000 pp
Report Check-InWow!!!!! This is a great place to stay at the coast... 4000pp, hot showers and clean toi.
Report Check-Inwe were the only ones at the camp here. No wifi, clean toilets and hot shower at the end of the day (solar panels heat the water). View is beautiful but it gets windy and cold as soon as the sun sets. Great opportunity to star gaze if there are no clouds.
We paid 8,000 CLP for two people
A BRILLIANT spot! We paid $4000 pppn (including the camper), which was worth it for the phenomenal sunset alone. Make sure you check out the mirador and beach, particularly in the evening. Clean toilets and showers with solar heated water, friendly owners and an on-site fogon. There are five spots down a grass driveway, each with a covered bench, or you can park alongside the restaurant for a million dollar view when it's quiet! Apparently they get both blue and humpback whales hanging out in the bay during migration season.
Report Check-InSmall campsite 6 pitches with hot showers and mirador / resturant 3,500p each

Report Check-InVery nice litle Campground on the top of a hill. Stunning View at the Sea and clifs. Restaurant with Empanadas. Hot shours (solar, so only when the weather was good). 3500 Pesos per Person. No extra charge for a vehicle. No electricity for Cars, but there are sockets in the baño
