8+ sites down this road small creek, fire pits. Large sites not very private and probably fills up fast on the weekends, very easy to get to. Weekday night in June still five sites available.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Choked with weekenders. One group had 9 vehicles probably 30 people with a dozen screaming kids using the entire area as their playground. Boom box cranked up 'till well after midnight.
This might make an OK camp in the off season. Otherwise, if you want to stay in this area, get a hotel room.
beautiful spot. there are fire pits and a toilet. there was a light dusting of snow while we were here which added to the beauty.
