This is another great location. This is more of a multi usage area for hiking and horse back riding. There is some local traffic during the day but only a couple at night, we were here on the weekend so that might have made it busy. There is pit toilets and a trash dumpster on site. A couple of the sites are on the gravel and the rest are on the grass. Each site has a fire ring and a picnic table as well as hitching posts for horses. The campground is very clean, no trash or manure at the sites. We stayed in a 36' class A with no problems. You will hear trains and interstate noise way off in the distance as well as some local traffic on the road. The icon for the camp site is not accurate, the sites are well before the icon location but you will not miss them. The only con to this dry camping location is the grass sites are not very level so expect to do some leveling work if you want to be on the grass. The gravel sites are better but they are in the higher traffic areas as you would expect. We will stay here again on our travels.

The main entry from Road RA to the pit toilet and dumpster area is currently closed. You can continue straight to a small campground #2. We continued on past and turned right onto county road 404 and stayed in campground #3. Large enough for our 27' Airstream to turn around, and very private and remote. No cell service. Lovely and quiet.

This was a great spot to find! We stayed 1 night. There was a few other campers on a Saturday night. It was very quite. never heard any road noices as previously mentioned.

I stayed in lot 2 in the conservation area. Nothing more than a parking area really, but had a sign stating "Camping Area". You can download a map on the website that shows all of the designated primitive sites. I stayed a few days & although there was more traffic on the dirt road than I had expected, it was quiet & I wasn't bothered. Good TMobile service.

Works really well for an overnight. No electricity and a simple pit toilet, slight interstate noise. But definitely a good night’s sleep.

toilet and dumpster near by . fire place is cool. not a bad spot. one other campervan stayed near by. slight noise from the highway but secluded

Great little spot for a nights rest! 10 min off the highway. Very quite seemed to be the only ones there and if not, just says how quite it was!! The gravel road is a little sketchy (most just how steep the hills are) but nothing too harsh. I did wanna make a note that the turn into the conservation is very very sharp!

Great spot close to the highway. There’s one smaller site if you go down the gravel road to the end that’s very nice and has good privacy. Stayed there half a day and overnight. A caravan of 5 suvs filled with dudes rolled up and were bummed i got the spot. Not sure why they wanted this one since the one up front is way bigger.

nice, relatively quiet are not to far off the highway. main lot has tons of room we stayed one night in our 31 foot skoolie and had a good night's sleep! once you exit the highway the paved road can be a little rough, but the gravel road in the conservation area was in superb condition. (just take the turn in from the pavement a little slower than I did!) there are several designated camping areas around honey creek so you have options, but the area marked on the map is by far the biggest.

Nice and quiet. Only one other person there with us. The paved road is honestly more treacherous than the gravel but made it through with no issues. Any car could make it. Little noise from the highway but great spot.

Beautiful spot. Remote and free. Had lot 1 completely to ourselves for two nights, just saw a handful of local hunters going out around 5:30 am. Trails currently closed to horse back riding and bicycling until November 23rd, and then again from December 25th-January 4th.

large area well maintained gravel road in. large RVs will have no problem at all. stars were amazing !! fire rings . my one issue at the site is the amount of flies ! even after trying to smoke em out with a fire they continued thier barage . other than that its a great site .

Very nice place to stay for FREE while traveling through. Fit my 45’ skoolie easily. Flat. Nice maintained gravel road in. Pit toilet. Dumpster. Trail for hikers and horses. 2 bars Verizon LTE enough to watch YouTube videos. 5 cars came through by 8am. Quiet all night though. Very dark at night, but felt safe.

Pretty location and easy to get to for an overnight while traveling. Big area for RVs and trailers too.

Description is as noted. We arrived around 9pm on a Sunday and it’s completely empty. A little eerie actually. But parked our van near the restrooms and so far so good, but not hanging out outside. Minor highway noise but otherwise very quiet!
