Overlook Leopold Vista Recreation Area with picnic tables and toilet. More like a parking place but beautiful view. We stayed one night here. It’s in the Gila National Forest.

Report Check-InGreat place to spend a night. It’s completely level, lots of room for big rigs and two toilets are open.
We had a park ranger come by during the night but after a few minutes he/ she carried on and didn’t bother us.
Beautiful view!
Perfect place for a one nighter or a stop to get some remote work done since Verizon cell coverage is 4 bars. Quiet and dark at night. One of the darkest skies I have ever seen with twinkling stars above! Tables with shelters and clean, vault toilets. Million dollar, panoramic views of the Gila Wilderness. Incredible site to wake up and see the clouds rolling over mountains.
Report Check-InNice picnic area with gorgeous views! I only stopped to shower and make lunch but I was the only one there for hours.
