Description

30 Amp and water sites in an open field with covered picnic tables. One sign stating free for one night, $15 after, and no noticeable way to pay. Any size rig. Probably enough hookups for 20 rigs or so, yet the place was empty when we were here. 11 tables. Each table has 3 electric and 2 water bibs.

Nice, clean grassy spots, full hookups with 30amp, not as many thorns to get stuck in your shoes or dogs paws like poorly maintained lots! Free for one night, $15 after. Bathrooms. Easy to find, lots of room to maneuver. Baseball fields to let dogs run.

Excellent park up. Despite cold temps we were able to access electricity and water for one night. Lovely little cowboy town. Thank you Hamlin!

As described by others, great place to camp. FYI, it's technically only free for one night, then $15/night after that. Enforcement is sporadic, though. I was there 4 nights before someone (park maintenance/animal control) came and told me I was supposed to register and pay at city hall. They were very nice, and I was packing up to leave anyway, so they didn't make me pay.

I’m shocked that this is free! A small lake/pond, huge playground and baseball diamond and clean, flushing toilets. Every campsite has a covered table and hookups. One other RV here. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent! I love I-Overlander!
