This is one of the best overnight spots in Vancouver. Lots of flat parking with direct sun exposure for your solar panels. Porta-potties during the spring and summer. A great park and tennis court to hang out at. Walking distance to lots of breweries and coffee shops and restaurants. Community center (library/gym) 2 blocks away.

super endroit, le quartier et les gens sont sympas ! Nous y avons passé 2 nuits tranquilles. Sachez rester discret quand même !
Report Check-InBeen here for two nights and just got a ticket and a notice from one of the residents.
Report Check-InNous avons dormi ici sans aucun problème. Rue très calme proche du centre ville, de divers commerces, bars et restaurants. Plusieurs autres vans ont passés la nuit ici aussi.
Report Check-InQuiet and convenient street parking in a neat little neighborhood. Our skoolie felt right at home parked next to other vans. We returned to the park several nights and had no issues. An easy walk to many shops and restaurants, plus there seems to be lots happening in the park itself! Cool people, farmers markets, garage sales, ect. We love East Vancouver & Dude Chilling!
Report Check-InSpent a night here. Super quiet at night, very nice vibes before then. There were 3 cleanish portaloos on the south side of the park. Also next to the tennis courts there's a water fountain, spigot and even a shower (I think, didn't use it).
Report Check-InWonderful spot to stay in the middle of Vancouver. Free parking both sides of the street. We came back here 4 nights in a row and had an easy time finding a spot to park. Lovely area with community garden and Farmers Markets on Sundays in the summer. Lots of attractions within walking distance. Also a lovely 20 minute bike to Kitsilano Beach (or a 10 minute drive)
Report Check-InSpend a quit night here with few other vans. Nobody bothered us.There are „Dixi“ Toilets if you need. Good place for a night in Vancouver.
Report Check-InWe stayed here two nights. No problems. Quiet at night and felt safe. Lots of dogs in the park in the morning, beside a garden and school. There is a porta potty open for use, and a very clean and warm community center 2 blocks away. You can use there bathroom, closes at 10pm and opens at 9. Great place to car sleep in the city.
Report Check-InWe arrived at night, there is no signage on the park side of the road stating no parking restrictions. We feel safe, it seems reasonably quiet. we slept really well, nice and quiet.
Report Check-InGreat location next to a nice little park, felt pretty safe. Good shaded spots under the trees, portaloos open all night. Great spot to walk into downtown or check out the local breweries.
Report Check-InContinues to be the best spot in the city. Lots of vans and RVs roll up here during the summer. Fewer spots available to the east when school is in session, but still not too hard to find a place for a night.
Report Check-InGood spot, quiet neighborhood. Walking distance from downtown! We slept there 3 nights.
Report Check-InAs described, lots of flat spots and quite a few other campers. Park is closed from 10pm-6am so it's pretty quiet.
