I booked online for 13$ (790 Pesos)/night with 3 beds.
For motorcycle they will ask you to parking inside the building (lobby), and car just park in front of the hotel.
Available breakfast,lunch and dinner (pay in hotel)
TV with Netflix channels.
Hot water available also.

Basic hotel, 1,200 for three people but for a reason... Cleanish. No food available but can use kitchen. Small shop nearby.
Report Check-Ini was able to park mototcycle at the back of the hotel....very nice people and the food is great for the price you pay...i recommend it.
