We arrived late, and it was already closed so we didn't ask if we could spend the night. We had two 30-foot RVs.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Can't recommend-- signs say "no overnight" and "no camping". It's a huge lot with ample parking, but Half Moon Bay doesn't want overnight campers (street parking also requires permit for overnight & gate to Beach parking was closed 1/2 hour before sunset)
