Screwed me over. Paid for a 10 day unlimited internet plan, which in fact is only a 7 day plan I found out 7 days later.

So I called the help center and the person there told me a 10 day plan does not exist. While I made the decision based on that plan. I thought I paid for 10 days but only got 7 in the end.

The help center could not give me money back or additional data for free (which I have the right to). They created a complaint as I was told false info and I will get updated about the complaint processing within 5 days, let's see what comes out.

So keep in mind: there are only 7 and 14 day unlimited internet plans, not a 10 day unlimited internet plan.

Administrative building with several services, including Etilasat sim card and package. Virgin Mobile may be cheaper, but you have to go further.

Sim Card for Touristen are only available in UAE in official Offices Like this. i paid 200 Dinar for 20GB and 500 international phi e call minutes. quite expensive but good Signal everywhere. it is closed from Friday 12 o'clock till Monday morning.
