Bundu Camp is an hidden gem situated between Ventersburg and Winburg next to the Sand River.
With only 15km away from Ventersburg and 1.3 km from the N1, Bundu is the perfect hide away for nature lovers, 4x4 adventure fanatics or overnight stays between traveling.
Bundu offers electric and non-electric campsites including clean ablution, washing up facilities, a few rondavels and a range of different self-catering units.
Guests can enjoy a variety of daily activities such as hiking, swimming, bird watching, fishing and 4x4 trails.

Going back after long road trip. Camping here. Nice lawns and peaceful. Fine for overnight stay. We’re the only only people here today. Camp sites done have view of river.

Report Check-InSuch a gem! Very friendly owners and great facilities. They had kayaks we could use for free and the location is honestly perfect for a wedding. Big grassy area with lots of camping spots, all with electricity.
Report Check-InBest random ioverlander find ever! I was given wrong directions from Lesotho to CT & ended up hours behind schedule. I pulled over to see what camping was nearby and this place was 4k’s down the highay. Quiet, clean and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

in winter and during the week (not friday, Saturday or sunday) campsite is 200R for 1 night, 2 people and 1 camper
Lonely clean camp along the highway. Sheep and a small duiker running around.
It’s 150 per car plus 50 per person, so was 200 for me - traveling on my own.
Power point nearby. Ablutions clean but old.
Viewpoint Hut on top of the river.
