Super friendly guy, only him, he stamped both in & out part of my CDP without asking anything, then tore off entry part. All done in less than 5mins, all in 20mins as he was so chatty.

Here the officer said that we needed to purchase a laissez passer for Togo even though we have a carnet. He was insisting that we needed a Laissez passer for Togo. After long discussion and begging, he stamped the carnet and asked for a bribe, which I did not pay

If you don’t have the CPD you can get a passavant here for 7000 CFA. If you have a carnet ATA you can get it stamped here and not pay for the passavant even if Togo is not included in the carnet normally. We just gave the carnet to try and it worked..
