Description
Well-maintained park and campground with a 3-mile paved walking path around the island. Dry sites and full hookups, day-use area with boat launch and docks on the river. Probably piles of people on weekends with nice weather. We arrived in off season so not full at all.

Location is once again open. Multiple RV’s and tent campers were here throughout the weekend. Decent State Park close to waterways and fishing. Cost was $31 per night with no hookups. The price did include the use of the dump station.
Report Check-InExcellent campground and spacious spots. Room for 2 cars at most pads with picnic table and fire ring with grill.
Some road distant road noise. Nice enough bathrooms with showers. Also dish sinks. Out of the way but calmer, at least on a Winter weekday.
