Cheap SOAT 65 soles for one month. Nice lady. 75 for 2 months and 110 for a year.
UPDATE 11 Jul 2022: 6 months SOAT on a moto = 160 Soles

Report Check-InSuper friendly, everything arranged in advance (on whatsapp) so we didn’t have any problems on border. We just stopped there to pay in cash (26soles for 1 month - SUV car), bit i think you can also pay online.
Report Check-InStill here and the WhatsApp number works. Just send them a WhatsApp and let them know when you want the Soat. They will get it ready and send the Soat to by WhatsApp to you before you cross the border. Easy and friendly service.
Report Check-In90/sol SOAT insurance for a european motorcycle, one month, coverage only in Peru. They're no selling for other countries like Ecuador or and Colombian. Super nice staff. The WhatsApp phone stills working. Note: at Puno downtown nobody wanted to sell SOAT for my internacional motorcycle.
