Beautiful and quiet place off the road just 7 km outside of Puerto Montt. Gravel road starts right at the main road. There was a gate but it looked like it hadn’t been closed for a long time ( covered by branches and lots of flowers). Some cars passed but all smiled nicely and didn’t bother us. No facilities!
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Would not sleep here without asking permission from the guys close to the gate. It’s private property and the people who work there drive by on the gravel/bumpy road quite a bit. Road is also not a dead end by the way it leads to a sort of house/factory thing. The people are really nice though so if you ask they’ll be fine with letting you camp probably.
Report Check-InGood place to stay for one night. Bumpy road, but it's fine if you drive carefully. For breakfast we went to another spot we found on this app, I would recommend as a more beautiful place once you get up and going.
Report Check-InStayed here the night on the way north. Great place, quiet and only a couple of cars came by and who didn’t stop to see why we were there. Good for one night. The dirt road there is very stony and I would say a little difficult for 4x2 cars. But one went by.
