In case of problems at the border or in case you come in late, this spot could be an option overnight.
On the El salvador side, next to a river to swim and jimp from rocks or trees, there is ample side for big rigs to fit next to the football field.
Soldiers from the birders are patrolling the area so it feels safe.
Tiendita sells beers along the river.
Take a right just after crossing the bridge coming from the Guatemala side, short dirt road going down for 200m and here you are!
