Texaco gas station with a discreet water spigot located behind the air pressure pump. Asked inside if the water was potable and if we could fill our tank with it. They allowed it and said it was city water, fine for drinking. Must have your own hose.

confirmed! place was busy, and there's a spigot on the front side as well. but the one behind air station was discreet despite the crowd. got my jugs filled & back on I-10 quickly 😎
