Something not right?

Description

For cyclists or hickers only. Nice grassy area by the bridge beside the river. And in case of bad weather there a good enough spot to pitch a tent under the bridge with a few cow-pies. The bad thing is that there is these road fenced like 1/2 meter high that block the access. So for cyclists you'll need to take off your paniers down and your bike separately. Access to the river and hidden from the road if under the bridge.

Super windy place, but it's the only shelter around here. Very hard ground, took me maybe 2 hours to set up the tent.

With bicycles there is better site across this same bridge, turn right and then push bike down the hill before the gate. More private spot next to old tree clinging to the riverbank. You have to push bicycles bit more but can leave bags on racks. Flat ground for tent but higher grass. Access to water next to bamboo bush to wash and get water is good. This seems to be farmed land and there is algae on rocks so probably this water needs filtrating before drinking.

Nice spot, I was there in terrible weather and the space under the bridge was a good way to get out of the rain, though be aware that if its windy (as it was with me) you still might need to put up your tent as the rain can blow in sideways. Be aware that there are some old nails around on the ground, so be careful and make sure you check the ground first.
