The little cove in front of the brick building is perfect. Hidden and quiet.
Report Check-In200m North of this point, there is now a single-storey building approx. 120 m long, still without windows and doors. In front of this building, there is a small beach, in a depression at the water‘s edge. You can drive down and camp there without being visible from the Corniche road.
No police showed up, two cars with locals on the plateau in front of the building in the evening, probably didn’t even see us.
nice brach, very easy access with 2wd
no drinking water
I did not even have the handbrake on, some police car next to me, checking Passport
Report Check-InGreat spot for camping. Some development under construction but not yet in use nor finished. The road is your typical Arabian Cornishe with trees and all tarmac. Several opportunities to drive onto the beach, also easy with 2wd since it’s hard sand. Swimming is difficult because of shallow water and rock&reef.
Pretty quiet when we visited. Next (late) morning the police drove by and checked 1 passport.
Report Check-InYou can camp on the beach or close to the sea to hide a little. Locals at the sunset but quiet. unfortunately some trash in some places.
Report Check-InBeautiful place on the red sea with clear water and a perfect sunset view.
