Something not right?

Description

If you come from Cerro Castillo, the fence on the right side ends just before the Road leads into the River. There you can Park your Car next to the River on the leveled gravel place. It's beside the Road, but only a few cars passed during the night. The ground has quite big rocks, not sure if it is fun with a tent.
No mobile connection for Entel

Latest Check-Ins

We spent 2 nights with a small campervan on the 2nd grassy area when you take on the left before crossing the river! Very quiet and not much wind... but we had -10°C the first night. Nice spot. 10 minutes walking from Aerodromos rockclimbing site ;)

Report Check-In

Stayed one night. Enough space for several campers. Used levellers.

Report Check-In

Drove out here with my motorhome (3.5 ton, 2WD). The originally marked spot is rather small and directly next to the dirt road. There seem to be other options nearby, but none of them were easy to level or to my liking. Drove on. Was rather a waste of time to check it out.

Report Check-In

It is a good area, but windy, so would not recommend for tents. Finding flat ground, unless you have levelers, can be a bit challenging. Wouldn’t say it’s a super beautiful spot, but for a night it’s fine. No cell signal.

Very nice place! Visible from a house and the road but hardly anyone passing. Felt very safe to camp here.

Report Check-In

nice space out of town. before crossing the river/stream turn left and there are a few places besides the road to stay. Feels more suitable for Vans since the ground is very uneven. I arrived late in the evening and nobody drove by

Report Check-In

The place change since the first description. There is plenty of space in river bed. Just before river crossing we turned left. There plenty of space and you can hide a litle bit behind some bushes. No protection against wind. Parked 100m from the road. Very quiet. Accessible with 2WD

Report Check-In

Super decent spot. Would advise to cross the little river and then immediately take a right towards the fence. Enough space for a car and tent not to be seen from people coming from the villa. The night was windy and it rained a lot. Soil good enough not to be flooded. A car passes maybe 1/hour on daylight.
