Nice night in the G lot. Several other campers respecting the chill. Endless winter and turns to be made at Jane in May. The lot looks in good shape and clean, but packed out some local trash on the way out.

Stayed here for the max 3 nights per 30 days. Super quiet at night, pretty popular overnight spot too. midweek saw 15-20 other overnighters, mostly in vans. weekend saw 1/4 of the lot fill up with vans, RVs, truck campers. Saturday mornings get busy with day trippers at 7am, midweek not til after 8

free shuttle to the gondola from 8-530 in the winter. let's just keep this gem clean and practice leave no trace

One the remaining few ski resort overnight lots. Make sure to keep the place clean. Learned from a WP employee that it takes dozens of employees hours to clean the lot at the end of the winter due to all the trash left behind then covered by snow.

Echoing what others have said. Stayed Dec, 2023. Called security and they said I was fine to stay for 3 nights in a 30 night period. Great spot! be sure to keep it clean and thank WP staff for their work.

Nice stop, huge safe gravel lot.
At entrance there's a sign with the number from the security team. We called and staying wasn't a problem.
Shortly before sunset a security man drove over the lot and noted all the license plates and even stayed over night himself.

Nice and quiet. Incredible views. Lots of other campers in the winter but you rarely see anyone. A gem of a spot. 3 day max stay at time of posting according to winter parks website. Called security to confirm OK to stay as advised on their website. Shuttle leaves every 15 mins from the lower lot and services straight to the Gondola. Awesome perk. Let’s keep this spot clean and stay respectful so we can hopefully still utilize this spot in years to come!

An amazing spot for sure. So uncommon to have a large resort allow camping.

Please treat it gently and don't leave solid waste in the snow. They are watching and are concerned. Don't be the one that ends this amazing place.

Tons of other campers. No toilets, garbage or any hookups. Spoke to security who said we could stay up to three nights and four days without worry but nobody seemed to come to check. No reservation, first come first serve in a massive lot. They just asked that we park at the back.

Probably 20 other vans and campers parked. No noise, flat(ish) and free.

Wow! Stayed here the entire time for USAC Nats! So many campers in this lot the entire time! Met some really cool people! Was a perfect place to boondock, so close to the village. Always felt safe, could run generators anytime throughout the day.

Overall a great spot!

Spring skiing, super quiet, lots of spaces!!! Easy enough access to water and toilet (bus ride and walking distance to the resort) … can it be better?

Absolutely the best mega resort overnight out there. Please treat this place well - it will be a huge loss if they shut it down.

The bus works well but it's a nice walk to the village cabriolet lift that takes you to the WP base.

This is Winter Park official overnight parking for the the nomads. I was also there in 2020.

Quiet and shuttle services available.

Unofficial parking lot for boon-docking at Winter Park. Corporate is cracking down on overnight camping. Keep this one beautiful, be respectful, and hopefully they let us keep coming. Enjoy the slopes!!
