Scotiabank seems like the only bank where you can withdraw money without additional charges. You will find the ATM in the pharmacy (building number 378).
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

the ATM is still there bug there is 2 cruz verde in this street :
one at the corner > there is a sign at the the door "no atm here" (so obviously it's not here! ... but as it is very welcoming, no further information jajaja)
the other Cruz verde is a few steps away next the appart hotel entre cumbres (nice address by the way)
in the left corner right after the door

Report Check-InThe cash point is still here. There are only pharmacies on this road- this one looks closed down with the metal grills over all the windows but is still open. Opposite the BCi.

When you enter the pharmacy turn left and you will see the ATM in the corner.
