Report Check-InThe ATM's in town only accept visa. But I went to a fuel station a bit more down the road where the could gave me cash in exchange for a payment with my Mastercard.

With a Mastercard you can't withdraw money on both ATMs (Atlasmara and Access). Both don't accept Mastercard. To get money we had to exchange Dollars/Euros - possible in both banks.
There is a fee to withdraw cash here. No fee ATM at the Atlasmara bank just north from this check-in on the same side of the road opposite Immigration.
