Quiet Public Parking. Free at the 3 am to 9 am. Pay to Park Enforced 9 am to 3 am ($ 2,00/h). Near the Sea and Ocean Drive.
Report Check-InPaid parking from 9:00 am to 3:00 am at $2.00 per hour. You can only pay for 3 hours at a time. Use the app Parkmobile to manage your parking by your phone, or use the machines located around the lot. They came by at 2:30 am to check that I was paid up. They use your plate number and parking zone, so if paid up there is no knock. Right by the beach, so on a beautiful Saturday the lot was full. Fortunately we didn't show up until 5:30 so found a spot without a problem. For rigs that fit in a regular sized lot. 5 bars Verizon.
Report Check-InParked here for only 3 hours, good price. We came super early because mid day Sunday everything was completely full and we couldn’t get a spot. Better on Monday for sure
Report Check-InHuge parking spots for ~20’ short bus. Didn’t sleep overnight, but have heard it’s easy and possible. Lots of other busses and RVs! Bathrooms and showers.
Report Check-In04/162022 we park with no problems a 25 ft rig, ask neighbors and we can park overnight
Report Check-In$20 for 24hr in Miami Beach. Weekends the lot is empty. Perfect for one space sized vehicles.
Report Check-InPublic parking lot, it is 1$ an hour but you can only book 3 hours at a time. It’s free parking from 3:00 am- noon. No one bothered us. Total win. Would definitely park here again!
Report Check-InThe price is $2 in the parking lots (on the 1 way loop area) and $4 just outside of the parking lot. There is some tax or service fee so it end up being about $2.35 per hour. I don't know why there is a price difference when the whole area really just seems like one big lot.
It is still free from 3am to 9am. You can pay on the website, on the app, or at the machines. You can only pay for 3 hours at a time but you can go back on an buy another 3 hours as soon as your previous session runs out. We arrived around 10pm and paid for 2 hours then paid for another 3 hours at midnight and went to bed. We left the lot and moved to street parking before 9am. There were lots of vacant spaces (Monday evening and Tuesday Morning) and the lot seemed pretty safe and well-lit.
Report Check-InGreat place to park RV to make some shop in Lincoln Road or to walk on the beach. Paied parking.
Report Check-Ingratuit de 3 h am à 9 h am. nous avons dormis ici. il n'y a eu aucun problème.
Report Check-Inopen to 8 pm at 8 am.
we slept there and we had no problem! we stayed until 10am even and nobody said anything!
slept here without incident in an SUV. attaching screenshot of the meter hours and prices throughout the area, as it is confusing. in short you have to pay to park every place in Miami beach every day of the year, but there are free hours in night. some of the popular places the free hours don't start until after 3:00 a.m.
Report Check-InWe stayed the night here. The parking did cost money you have to pay every couple hours. After 12 noon you can only pay for 3 hours at a time. Get the app so you can re-pay without having to actually walk back. It is very noisy at night.
Report Check-InIt's more about 4$ per hour and you can just put 3 hours by 3 hours.
