Uma experiência excelente depois de uma situação desagradável. Bem poucas vezes fomos tão bem atendidos, passamos 1 dia na concessionária, trabalhando, nos deram uma sala com toda estrutura, várias vezes nos perguntavam se precisávamos algo, ofereciam café, água… uma sensação maravilhosa de acolhimento. Serve de referência de atendimento. Da parte da oficina, em todo momento nos avisavam como estavam as coisas, o que tinham que fazer, valores envolvidos. Temos muito a aprender com a Iveco Rani. Agradecemos por tudo nestes 2 dias que mantivemos contato.

We went here for the large service interval/inspection of our Daily 4x4 to make sure there are no surprises until after Patagonia. After the first day we noticed that they did not change gearbox oil, which was due for this service according to the manual. They forgot that, so we went back to get it fixed. My assumption, they did the maintenance according to a regular Daily manual, even though I offered them the service manual for the 4x4. Now, 5000 kms later our "check brake pads" light came on as the brakes are worn down - replacing the pads also would have been part of this service interval. So they have not been exchanged, neither have we been informed that they are close to the end of their lifetime. Not sure if common practice, but is this not what you go to do a service for? Especially when the car is not under warranty anymore? Make sure that the expectations are clearly set when you go there, we obviously have not been clear enough, what we expect from the service. Also, we tried to order a replacement spare part through them, which they said was impossible. We then ordered it ourselves through the Argentinian Iveco HQ, which was super easy and no problem at all.

These guys are the best! We needed a broken stabilizer welded, oil and filter change and also some work at the front bumper and more. We just showed up in the evening, they asked us to come in first thing next morning and worked on our camper all day. Couldn’t finish because they had work for other clients, of course, asked us to come in the following morning and finished everything. Really nice staff, and the cleanest and best-organized car workshop we have seen in Argentina. Highly recommended!

Garage IVECO in Salta.
Specialized in Trucks but you can easily come here with your motorhome (Iveco or Fiat Ducato).
We changed here motor oil of the vehicle and filters. Also they fixed our exhaust pipe which was roughly damage on the peruvian roads !
