PN El Palmar | Tourist Attraction

This a beautiful place that is well maintained and has a number of improvements underway including an impressive new visitors centre. We saw many capybaras, vizcachas, different types of birds and tortoise. We paid 5,500 ARGS per person and it was definitely money well spent.

Very nice park, several different trails from 300 m to 4 km, miradores for bird watching, restaurant, souvenir shop, campground, beach, historic ruins. We saw vizcachas (chinchillas), lots of carpinchos (capybaras), foxes, armadillos, lots of different birds including kingfisher, woodpeckers, blue jays and many more. Didn’t see any deer, but they are there. Entrance fee 5.500 pesos.

Very nice nat. park with several walkingtrails and many birds. Not all of them are open.
Lots of capibaras everywhere. Definatly worth the entrancefee of 1820 pesos per person.

It is beautiful, but I don't think it was worth it. It's 400pp and there is only 4 hikes of 1km or less, and one of them was closed when I visited.

Beautiful Yatay Palm-tree National Park. Nice trails around the park. Beautiful sundy beaches at the Uruguay river. Lot of Fauna. Recomended.
