Many thanks for adding this place. Whenever we need a place to stay around Tbilisi, we go to this lake (stayed here already 5 times - all during low season). Its perfect place, always quiet and not too far from the city. You can stay right at the lake. Just continue the road past the marked spot on ioverlander and the road will take you down to the lake. Many spots around the lake, follow the dirt tracks and choose a spot you like. Beautiful with loads of birds. I have added some photos from these spots. After heavy rains it can be muddy and a bit slippery.
