Lot of place industrial area | Wild Camping

The lot is open for day use but is posted no parking 10-6. There are several permanent campers along the road but every spot not taken by a camp has concrete blocks, and they’re adding more as I write this. Cool spot to hang out for a little but no longer good for overnight.

The main lot is closed off with eco-blocks and the long lot to the west is closed 10p-6a. The street has plenty of parking with several long term RV/tent residents already claiming space. Still, maybe 6-10 spots for vans or small RVs and not concerned with the locals. Nice view of the port and ships!

Stayed here in early June and it was really pleasant. We had a camper van with a pop top, so we weren’t stealth at all. Yes, it is a homeless encampment, and despite a few loud visitors, it wasn’t a big issue. It was so nice to be close to the water. We stayed there two nights and no one bothered us. There is a Target nearby which was really convenient.

Stayed for one night, homeless people have taken over across the street, loud arguing from them through the day, at night, someone decided to play super loud music playing throughout the night. I would stay here in a pinch because the view IS nice but unless you like sleep, don’t stop here.

I've been staying here for the past couple of months. It's not super loud but it's not quite. There's beautiful views of sf and boats passing, you won't get harassed from any police, which is a nice relief!

A lot of places on the street, or in multiple parking lots in the area. No sign anywhere. Pit toilet at the soccer field. Great sunset. Perfect to spend the night before or after visiting the USS Hornet ship (2 minutes walk). Safe and quiet.
