foresterie side road, very narrow, going up Hill with large rocks. you do not want to go there with trailer. Never reached the indicated location

Nice spot next to lake and away from highway and town. Nice hike to waterfall.

Nice quiet place. Really only room for one party. Outhouse in good shape. Site is not very level. Good cell service. Road is being worked on, but still pretty bumpy and steep. Mosquitos are already here.

BC recreation site. fire barrel, picnic table and pit toilet. Site by the water accessible by car, trail to other possible sites would take an ATV. Beautiful views from the shore, even better from a paddle in the lake, including a dock that leads to the waterfall nearby.

Really nice spot. Beautiful view on the lake and the mountains. There is 2 spots, but only one with a picnic table. It coulb be muddy with rain. We were able to do the dirt road (slowly) with our van (gmc savana).

There is a 1h (and more) hike (one way) to a big waterfall. *** The last 150 meters are in the bush since the road seems flooded and trees have fallen.

Pretty awesome place .. But you need probably some clearance (or skill) to get here .. A Water pipe is coming out of the road and you have to get over it 🤣 I think its not possible with RV or a big motorhome!

Beautiful site, beautiful lake, beautiful Forrest all around. But do not come at the end of July. I think I have lost about a litre of blood.
We tried to tough it out for the night because we had a mosquito tent on the back of the van, but there were just so many that no matter what you do they get in. Packing up was a nightmare.
Probably an amazing spot when the mosquitos aren’t around though

Drove up got about 1km away and the road went terrible. Timber laid across an up hill manageable in a small vehicle but not our 30ft E350 Ford motorhome. Goes straight into a sharp right corner with very soft dirt and deep ruts. Looks like it hasn’t been properly repaired since previously mentioned flooding. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone towing or too large. Small 2wd vehicles probably ok but will need some clearance.

Awesome rec site right on the water.
Fire pit and picnic bench.
Road is a bit rough but we managed to get 3 vans here.

Beautiful views, definitely worth the drive!
Lots of mosquitos so bring bug spray!

Report Check-In

Not available due to flooding currently, the road is flooded not even after two minutes in it's direction from the highway. Flooding in the whole area, so inform yourself if it's possible to drive there again.
